Shaker bottle with a wire whisk ball. I Mix in some agmatine and Citrulline Malate by BioCor....great pre/during workout drink.

If you are having difficulties mixing your amino's, it's possible you have a lower grade powder. Many today are micronized/instantized and mix almost effortlessly.

The secret to getting this nasty stuff down is to down it in one shot, and then chase it with a swig of something tasty like juice. What I do is open my my mouth, dump in a scoop of pure BCAA, and then quickly take a drink of juice, and swallow everything in one go. Takes a second or two, and that's it. No agonizing drinks to down. Just booom!

Yes, me too. A spoon full in the mouth, then swig a few mouthfuls of fizzy drink to wash it down.

Try the flavored BCAA's. some are the same price as the unflavored; unless you're buying a bulk off-brand.

Waste your money. Unless you are deficient, BCAA's are a waste of money for a healthy human being.

I used to feel the same way but definitely notice a difference when I left if I sip BCAA's during intense workouts, now I am not saying I go out and buy them all the time but if I get a good deal or am asked to run a free review then I am all about it
