Hi
so I have dropped from 260 to 233 this year. Last night for the first time I ate badly. I had like 5 sodexo buffalo chicken wraps, and 2 slices of pep pizza!...
If my calories are low all week, will I spillover? Im thinking ill see a few lbs from water weight..regardless back to good eating.
Bonus It makes me feel lile never eating like that again..for a while at least..
