forces you have
you have muscular energy
and
you have (for lack of better term) water/cellular energy
when you are exercising, not in an a/c environment or away from a fan your muscles are much weaker, you lose salts and potassium much faster if the environment is not controlled. You lose "water/cellular energy" at a rapid rate causing muscles to fail prematurely
yes the workout is harder , say if your wearing a sweatshirt and jogging pants in 90 degree weather doing sprints, . sure thats a great workout, and would be good to try now an then but this is 'wasting' cellular energy (your losing more minerals and not taxing your muscles as hard as they can be taxed, because your muscles cant contract as hard as they possibly can without wc-energy
lack of this second type of energy 'cellular energy' sets you "muscular" workouts up for failure
becuase losing your minerals from c-energy at an excellerated rate causes muscle weakness and more instantaneous fatigue
the best way to exercise for fatloss and NOT water loss of (dehydration cosmetic manipulation causing a fatloss illusion) is to workout close to fan as hard as you can , staying hydrated but you wont have to worry as much because sweatin will be minimized. so all energy stores will stay stocked full except for calories witch eventually dwindle down after exercise leavin you fatigued in a different way
you wont be fatigued in a dehydrated way wich is almost undistiguishable from muscular fatigue, when working out in an "environmentally" controlled area
this becomes simple, once you are fatigued , not from sweating perfusley, but normal muscular fatigue just eat more and drink more water but dont liftweights outside where its hot as fuck and your wasting all your minerals fatigueing prematurely

my fan just blows the hot air around. I turn it off most of the time. makes it twice as hot and hard to breathe

i do squats directly infront of the fan to remain low body temperature indefinitly. while listening to coast to coast am on my iphone with headphones on. my workout is then very relaxing but highly productive you see

I like this post. I haven't done the research but it makes sense.

I like to have two drinks to go with my two energy forces when I work out, so I wear one of those drink hats.

Falcon when will you be competing in Ninja Warrior?

Falcon when will you be competing in Ninja Warrior?
it would take a while, if i could get back into the shape where i could dunk a basketball then all things would be considerd
i think i will though
the two energies have circulated my mind latley when i have thought of them
i knew heat wipes me out, but im a conservative person i dont throw away stuff and dont run a/c much at all im the type of person who likes to make life hard in someways incase it gets really hard you know what i mean?
but using the fan is very intelligent and powerful cooling mechanism to conserve minerals that we want to KEEP IN US while we workout NOT LOSING them through sweat.

Fans have been around years even hoes used to carry hand fans back in the 1800"s and they don't mess the environment like AC units do.

;D
yes most hoes are leaner than us studs too , they were well aware of the physique effect if they changed the weather

Falcon, you need to set the bar very far.
Get in great shape before the noid comes.
Reach REALLY far right now, while you still have the chance.
Do it for us , Fail-Can.
Reach for the stars.

I think it's best if you (Johnny Paintcan) workout against a fan, but only if you have a can of turpentine or paint thinner open downwind.
