Stop reading FLEX magazine. Depending on your energy that day, don't go in on a set in mind, just lift hard. I used to think, ok, set two, 8 reps and then stop at 8, but then I realized what a waste, so I just pushed harder to before failure, found myself doing 12 reps, maybe 15 if I'm feeling hyped. Sometimes I am still hyped so I super set with something else. By the time I am done I am taxed. Go by feeling.

I only do 1 to 2 sets per exercise these days, what good is it to sit and train on one exercise for 20 minutes doing 5 sets, you can have your wokout half way finished at the 20 minute mark and get in way more exercises at 1 set per exercise, all sets to failure.

So going to failure every time? I don't like to squat till failure or deadlift till failure, I think technique and focus diminish to much risking injury

I would not squat or DL to failure ever.

I train based off instinct. Makes workouts fun and spontaneous.
I also don't limit myself with a set amount of sets. I work a certain muscle or movement till my performance significantly decreases, then i know that i've stimulated adequate muscle breakdown.
But to put a number on it, it usually takes anywhere from 5-12 sets/body part to achieve cumulative fatigue.

psycopath said it well train on insticnt, when i was younger, I would do a circuit of squats, leg press, lunges, and SL deadlifts, found myself laying on the floor of the backroom of golds venice many times, another thing i like to do is the 100 reps no stopping also, that shocks the muscles well.

Before failure, so you need to not go by a set number but how you feel. If you say you are going to do 8 reps and stop at 8 but could have done 12 then you wasted a set. So blast until you are able to do it on your own then rack the weight.

Just go in and go crazy for an hour or so. Put on Slayer or Ozzy or something and just really go all out and leave the place w everything left on the gym floor.
Don't count sets, don't count reps, just go to war like your life depends on it.

Minimum: 1. I have seen guys grow like weeds on 1 set per exercise.
That said, I do 3 at a minimum.

Pretty much what Diablo Blanco and Psychopath said: go by how you feel on the day.
The object of the exercise whenever you set foot in the gym is to tear that muscle down in whichever way you can so it grows back bigger.
Now if you're capable of causing muscle teardown after just two sets of one exercise, then great, stop there and move on. If however the muscles are being stubborn that day and are only responding after doing four or five sets per exercise then so be it.
Nothing wrong with counting reps and sets, as long as you're completely fucked by the end of it and leave the gym knowing that you couldn't have done any more then you've done your job.

i like to shock the muscles by training 20mins each hr everyday, thats 24 anabolic windows per day, a little tip i picked up from big rami

i would put money on big rami not spending a single pennie on gear or food even,,,,, they look after those who are blessed by alah in those countries

How much do you guys think people make in Egypt? These guys can't afford to buy bread and tomato's, let alone a buffet of hormones.

creatin homohydrate frontload for maximum vascularity.

yes, make sure to put your game face on soon as you hit those lats hard and stick your arms out as far as they can go, all this effort will be wasted without mean stare, show u mean buisness and may throw hands without warning
