Title: Need some ideas on getting revenge on a email scammer.
Post by: Rudee on June 28, 2013, 10:33:51 AM
There is a scammer who has been attempting to scam victims of the recent flooding in the City of Calgary, Alberta Canada.   I have the scammers email address.   If anybody knows of a rather simple but effective way of mail bombing their email address, please let me know or send me a PM.   This jerk needs to be taught a lesson.

Post some goofy crap on Craigslist where he will get tons of emails, like "free car" or "free drum set" or something like that...

Post all of this plus add some stuff to the craigslist finding a date section... if it's a guy, make sure you put it in the men seeking men locations.

That won't work. If it is the first time using that computer with that email you will get an activation email you have to open to post the ad. So he will get the email and not activate it of course.

Just go online and spend a day on information sites and sign his email for notifications. You can do religious, porn, magazine sites, dating sites, you name it. It can be endless. The sweet part is some of those companies will sell that email address to other companies, and so on and so on.

If he's a scammer, he probably juggles a few dozen emails at any one time. Ebombing him probably won't amount to much.

Lots of scams happening with these floods.  :-[
Watch out for scammers on kijiji as well.

My parking stall was flooded but it's all good now. Thank goodness my place wasn't touched.

It just makes my blood boil when scammers take advantage of people who are dire situations.   You in downtown Calgary?

No...I'm north of Calgary.

I don't even know if the downtown residents are allowed back.
