Title: reccommend me a good split

it seems like a lot of really freakish bbers say you just work a muscle once a week, not more

in that case

how to split workouts

then it would be enought to train 3 times per week?

like:

monday: chest and arms

wednesday: legs

friday: shoulders and back


is this good? please advise


i want to get as freakishly mascular as possible

i use celltech so i dont over train easily i guess

train legs just once a week and train pecs. delts, lats, and arms 2 or even 3 times per week

if you eat enough you'll be ok training so much

it's working very well for me brother

You split will work if you train heavy with once a week. If you are using moderate weights with volume once a week won't work as well.
