So i've been hitting abs just about everyday now for a few months. High rep (sets of 100 crunches). My BF is also very low.
I've noticed that I am starting to get some vascularity in my abs which I hate.
Just wondering if anyone thinks doing some weighted ab workouts (LOWER reps) which be the better route.
I guess i'm thinking higher reps, etc will produce vascularity and lower reps (with weight) won't.
Thoughts?

So you want vascularity on the upper abs, but not your lower?

No. I've noticed i'm starting to get vascularity on my abs in general, which I don't want.
Just wondering if high rep is the cause, and maybe a lower rep'd scheme would work better in not developing the veins.

Then you have to eat more. BF controls vascularity, not rep scheme.

BF doesn't control vascularity. It may make it more visible, but doesn't control it. Vascularity comes with training. It's just "seen" with lower bf.

So you think a person that doesn't workout with low low BF will have a lot of vascularity? I believe vascularity comes from training (for the most part). As you train your vascular system expands to supply the muscle with O2.

I think you're confused.
BF will hide any vascularity you have in general, be it in your abs or your arms say (the muscle... not the fat covering). When you lower your bf, you'll see the vascularity you already have.
Your vasc will increase through your training to provide muscle with nutrients. I'm just wondering if anyone who actually trains abs notices a difference with higher/lower rep schemes in terms of increased vascularity.
