Blow up? They're gonna end up there in a couple of years anyway. Kobe will not be around for long and the other guys will all split. It's not really a requirement to actively dismantle them... It will happen anyway.

Nash is the only player they have signed after this next coming season:

Plus there are a ton of big free agents next summer.  I doubt they get LeBron but they'll probably go after Carmelo or something.

The Lakers are fucked. Howard said "fuck you" ..Kobe got old and has no trade value in one play last year. Nash has no value. Gasol has little value. Start dumping salary, dismantle the entire team now and start from scratch.
