i notice now since i realy enjoy drinking red koolaid with raw kale greens and eating plenty of icecream with oreos and milk mixed in. along with beans and rice i get a few massive zits on my face. right now ive got one massive one right in the center of my forehead and another massive one on my temple.
my skin is crystal clear when trainingly MINIMALLY. unfortunatly this minimal training leads to lower back problems because alot of my fat is upper body fat
so i got tired of throwing out my back because of not training enough lower body stuff. so since ive been doing squats everyday and getting 100 reps plus 20 pushps on somedays along with some rows even i have to consume massive calories
and i really hate eating raw kale by itself, it tastes perfect with red koolaid or some blue gatorade crap
but i was seein lebron sometimes have a massive zit on his face, probably from red koolaid and oreo cookie (in large amounts) because he has to train very hard

i would probably look like im on P.E.D if someone stripped all of the fat off of me like a afro american stripped of fat cells
i think the fat will only come off slowly with the type of volume training, and only stays off aslong as i keep up training , the side effect is massive zits on the face like 2 or 3 big ones going at one time

theres nothing wrong with it, its just that it goes completley out in an instance when im not training consistently, im nearly paralyzed the day after but then the next day im much better. its scary , id hate to have it go out so thus i must train every fucking day to cover my bases

If you look at the NBA bodies from the 70's and compare them to today there's a huge difference.
They don't do much lifting but these many guys are walking around with huge cannonball delts now.
They didn't look like that before.

Interestingly I noticed it too on many basketball players. Specially on the Miami team. I wonder what their diet is that the nutritional coach have them eat. It probably gives them tons of energy and adrenalin.
Probably a little to much milk and cheese since that guy broke his leg, because they are worried about vitamin D and calcium.

I doubt basketball players follow too much of a nutritional protocol. Jordan got food poising for game 6 from eating pizza. Talent > Genetics > Training. You just gotta work on your game.

They will most likely tell the guys that they are going to be tested. All u need is one day notice, don't shoot and u will pass the test.

Of course they have better genetics for basketball. You do know u don't have to look big to be on the juice? I don't think all of them do. But look at for example the changes to Lebron and D Wades facial features. Do u know what causes that?
