Two House Democrats have proposed legislation that would establish a national historical park on the surface of the moon to mark where the Apollo missions landed between 1969 and 1972.

Its not exactly what you think....they mainly just want to designate some coordinates on the moon for a national park....we're not going to be flying bears and lions to the moon and leaving them there.... ::)
