Got the rest of my hardware in.....a new episode of The Vince Goodrum Show Will Be Available This Week On Anabolic Mayhem.

BTW, I don't use BlogTalkRadio....I host my own podcast system...much cheaper and I own my material

Only two more days left this week so tomorrow I guess the Goodrum show will air, invite Basile.
