Speed squat w/heavy bands (65% = 375lbs on the bar) 10 x 2
1A) Prowler sprints - 3 x 40yards (180lbs)
1A) BB reverse lunge - 3 x 8
Sled drag (240lbs) 3 x 30 yards
200 yard sled walk (90lbs)

fux knew the importance of deep squats, no half squats for him.... he's another one thats more then halved in bodyweight recently
ive had around 9 or more month off and lost 30lb, the pro's seem to loose upto 100?

Thinking about giving up low set heavy weights for good. Volume and cardio at this stage of the game might be what's needed at my age. Please don't post a fat 65 year old deadlifting the world. I want to be in healthy shape.

I remember reading the article in Flex when he tore his quads. Fux said he wanted to do the weight to look good for the photo shoot. It was his decision.

current leg workout
5mins stationary bike on high setting to pump and warm up my legs
5 sets leg press up to 240 kilo
5 sets lying leg curls 80lb
3 sets stiff leg deadlifts with a 10 k plate.
3 sets seated calf raises and pump calves standing between sets
shutdown.

Front BB squats, lunges, power cleans, leg extensions, ham curls, seated calf raises

will gradually increase volume and intensity over the following weeks

Twink here, have bad discs and did legs for the first time in over a year Sunday.
Squats 135x15, 185x12, 222x8, 245x4 but with 30 seconds rest between
Leg press machine 4 sets of 12, not sure of the weight
Leg extension 4 sets of 8-10
Front squat 135x10 three sets
One leg lunges 35lb each hand for three sets
Wanted to like after, probably won't do legs for another two weeks. Way far off from what I could use when I leaked in college.
