I'd argue to the contrary ... if not for the fact that Kai has a gut that sticks out like an unkempt, especially hairy dyke in a Teenage Miss America line-up. Plus, Kai puts an insane amount of muscle on his frame, BUT, great as he looks in some poses, he loses mad points in others, including the most-muscular. I don't care how big the fucker gets; his regular crab pose is terrible. Meanwhile, lots of people piss and moan about Heath being narrow and having a "weak chest," but he pulls off a crab like a genuine champ. His arms, delts and, YES, pecs are big, full, sickly detailed and taper down to a small midsection and impressive lower body.
Kai has tons of muscle. No one can deny that. I'd even go so far to say if he thickened up his lower and mid-traps, he might be the man to beat.
At the same time, eh ... we'll see what happens. I still have to favor Phil for the win. I don't think Jay's got it in him and I've serious doubts about Kai to outmuscle Phil again without looking 8 months pregnant onstage.

Kai is a smart man, at least more smart than many other IFBB pros. I bet he keeps that dreadful hair in order to market himself.
I don't know if it works, but it is quite eccentric.

Nice carapace Kai has going there. Gross is a word that comes to mind. Both his physique and his lifestyle. Pretty much all of today's top competitors have this stomach problem and while they can't hide it they can at least keep their private life private.
Not so the grapefruit loving towelhead man that is Kai.
He doesn't deserve the Olympia. Not from a physique standpoint nor from a publicity one.

Kai is almost always in-shape. def got robbed on 1 Mr.O in 2012,2011 nobody would of bitched if kai won that year either.Kai is the best it gets.
