According to this article by Jamon Smith, "Beginning this fall, Alabama public schools will be under a new state-created academic accountability system that sets different goals for students in math and reading based on their race, economic status, ability to speak English and disabilities." Alabama's Plan 2020 "sets a different standard for students in each of several subgroups -- American Indian, Asian/Pacific islander, black, English language learners, Hispanic, multirace, poverty, special education and white."
The "race-based" standards are part of Common Core, adopted by the state board of education in November 2010.

I've also noticed since schools pour all this money to disabled, Mexicans, autistic and shit the rest of the school that matters really suffers. Even the food. Quite sad.

Should not be allowed. Unless you change the standards at the college level, these kids are going to have a eye opening experience if they attend a college.

yup. They changed our math as a trial when I was in high school.... went away from traditional math to "its not whether you're right or wrong, its how you got the answer!". 4 years later they dropped it because no students were able to move on to college level algebra, the new way was so retarded that instead of the just dumbfucks they were catering too failing, everyone was failing. Basically I got fucked out of math prep for college because they were trying to force a new system on students in a vain effort to get the bottom 10% to pass... but they never passed. For some reason the schools couldnt figure out that dumb fucks are dumb, and just wont get it. Ever. They fucked hundreds of students education to try and pass a few dozen failures that didnt give a shit anyway.
