Title: Does the body burn fat when in fever?
Post by: Nomad on July 16, 2013, 04:19:44 PM
I'm wondering. Been sick and eating like shit during the past 4 days. Fever and horrible headache but yet it looks like fat gone down despite the carb bloat.

You actually lose more fluids which contributes to the achy feelings.  This also can help you look leaner

i can remember when i used to eat meat and would get a flu, id always end up much leaner

think about it

youve been reving your metabolism with great workouts

now all of a sudden stop eating, your metabolism is still rolling shedding off the pounds of water and fat

you know what helped me when being sick.... sipping muscle milk every few hours.   food won't stay but calories help.

On a scale of zero to Hernandez, how killer was your weekend?

Hernandez with head splitters. I do not believe this was just a common cold but we'll never know since I didn't bother to go to ER. I rarely get those and I don't get vaccinated every year either. What can I say, badass eastern european genetics.
