Title: 2013 NPC Los Angeles Contest - July 20th

Currently, 320+ competitors are slated to compete, one week before the NPC USAs.  I will be there, taking lot of pics for Bodybuilding.com and NPC News.  Hope to see if few of you there.

The NPC shows are breaking records. Our little State show in Louisiana which is for residents only had 180 this weekend and the Greater Gulf states had about 380.

NPC Seminar last night was actually pretty good.   IFBB Pro Tamer El-Guindy is head judge today at this contest, and was there answering many questions, and did a great job.  Trainers Kim Oddo, Ryan Bentsen, Ingrid Romero where there too on the panel.  Taylor Matheny, Candice Perfect, Christie Marquez and Sasha Brown were there also.

Prejudging at 10am - 350+.

shw at that show is almost always 1-2 guys

Ive suffered through it twice to support BBD buddies competing but you couldn't pay me enough money to watch another LA NPC

maybe next year when CSwol is competing..

It would be for fa anyway, my boy did the la a couple years back and looked great.. But he was a hw at 5'10" and the other guys in his weight class were all slin gutted Oompa Loompas, the little tree stumps with 38" waists all placed higher and I realized I should never do a bbing contest after seeing that, lol.
