I can understand that. He's thinking about his future health. If he wants to win he's going to have to reconsider though. I hear Phil Heath is taking the entire supplement line at twice the recommended dosage.

I am thinking of becoming a pro somebody, now ronnie coleman won mr o with the bsn stack and phil heath won the mr o with the muscle tech stack, i am wondering which one of these stacks are stronger because i want to get as freakly as possible from my training.

I remember the Coleman interview at his house, back when he had won the "O" about twice at that bottom. He was under contract with some supps company (I forget which) and was in all their magazine ads and shit. In the video in his kitchen you could clearly see Beverly International brands sitting on his counter.
Quite a lot of pros that I know use (or did in the past when competing) the BI brand.

Gironda had those guys take a lot of crap. None of it is used today except the aminos and sometimes people still take the liver tabs.

Wolf really has no definition whatsoever in his calves, despite all his training. Looks like some rare genetic disorder. (He seems a nice person irl, at least that's my impression from his videos)

In shape, Dennis is one of the few pros with good gut control, and btw, this isn't a women's contest.

Recall all the magazines years ago saying how much potential he had?
Not sure how he hasn't brought up some of his weak parts more... I don't think calves was the deciding factor in his placings.
He actually looked like he brought up his lower lats last year, and then lost them come contest time. I think that is his main weakness. The judges don't really seem to care about calves anymore as long as the rest of the body is complete.
