Pillows? They protect the hand not the face. I have seen smaller guys than 140lbs hit the heavy bag a lot harder than 400lbs bench pressers.

Size doesn't equal strength... Or vice versa.

And it almost never equates to punching power

So divisions based on weight are a complete waste then....
