Mark looks great with his new body. Obviously he has recovered from depression or whatever issues he had, great comeback.

that is great transformation, he must feel fantastic and motivated as never before. Force to reckon with in his weight class.

those Filipinos are always in danger of being obese.  Everyone of them i know eats like Vikings.  If you lost your Filipino friend at a mall, just go to the all-you-can eat buffet.
