Title: Why do women lose their ass in their thirties?
Post by: Army of One on July 23, 2013, 02:19:02 PM: Seen a lot of women gain no weight but have their ass disappear and get flat 30-35, is this muscle loss of some kind?

if they don't train glutes they lose glutes. my wife is 40+ and still has fine ass. she powerlifts and bodybuilds.

Post by: Rudee on July 23, 2013, 03:29:01 PM: I've noticed a few yo-yo dieters at my gym who are female who everytime they drop a significant amount of weight, they get this flat pancake ass. A lot of guys lose their ass when they lose a lot of weight as well.

That's true. Most are cellulite; the non HD photos make it less apparent. Maybe you need an HD video, since with standard def, then too there can be blurred lines.

Then again, there are a few exceptions... But that's harder to come by.

Exactly. My x had an ass guys would drool over. I never let them down by saying once the spandex and tight pants come off that thing loses shape and goes in 5 different directions.
