Title: Even Buyh has 9.8 mil in his political campaign fund

A clear sign he is taking on Hilary and running for prez in 2016?  More $ than 98 other senators had, and he's out, right?

And if so, will it be a weak campaign that sucks up to Hilary, raises his profile, and positions him to be veep?  I believe the clintons love Buyh and wanted obama to choose him? 

Seems like that'd be the smart move for him.
