i think all the more prominent members preached progressive overload on the boards from day one, there poundage must be amazing right now, i remembet Time Wascocks and True Adonis preaching such brilliant methods ::)

It works but you reach a ceiling pretty fast - then it's a game of inches...

Thats as stupid as saying Usain Bolt ought to abandon his training methods because he is not running 4 second 100M. Whatever he is doing must not be working. ::)

I think it's a good idea to always try to get stronger.
Obviously this will not happen week to week in a linear fashion though.
