What's the deal you ask? First of all, picture is turned 180°, that isn't right corner of the building, it is left one with the "penthouse". It isn't find from "old digi cam", it is a fake from the foil hat idiots. If you compare it to any other video about the building 7, you doesn't see any flashes and don't hear any sounds similiar to it. You can ask from yourself why these fucking morons has turn the picture 180°? They trust to this simple fact: only the most stupidest of the all idiots in this world will think it is real. Every one else see it is fake and ignore shit like this.
