Title: Possible to not gain muscle? (Anabolicho style question ;)
Post by: Papper on July 28, 2013, 06:41:33 AM
In most cases, you gain additional fat when trying to gain only muscle.

Is it also impossible to gain only fat when eating caloric surplus? Do you gain muscle too? With no working out and minimal protein?

Yes, you should add some size to your calves with carrying the extra weight around.

Yes i to heard of that study where untrained fags were fed addidtional calories and gained a bit muscle along with fat.
Im sure in another study elite sumo wrestlers (i.e great big fat fucks) had more muscle mass than the bodybuilders they tested. But mybe all the bodybuilders in the study were of goodrum calibre ? :-\
