Title: im eating some eggs for some of that good ole heme-iron
Post by: Marty Champions on July 30, 2013, 01:30:16 PM
cause my back went out again had to take the day off of work , i feel paralyzed. i thought i was curing my back for a week i didnt have much pain, but yesterday i was more natural and lose with my body movements doing manual labor n stuff at fast pace then i could feel my lower back tightening up immensely to where i could barely walk at the end of the day struggled the rest of the day. today not even bothering with much walking at all. pretty much fasted today no calories

just lemon juice sea salt and water

eating some mustard

but now just had 2 eggs. gonna do 50 squats to even out those calories, and if i feel hungry im just gonna rest and not eat unless i do the reps to burn off whatever im eating

i gotta get down in weight fast, got alot to do tommorow...

the lower back doesnt get stronger, it just gives out when under too much weight around the clock. or you can be lean and just do deadlifting too much during the week and your back will go out

THIS SUCKS because all other muscles are fine. its just the human body design for lower back is pure shit, all other muscles can handle loads day in day out

i even tried eating alot of kale last night and that didnt help either, basically just ran out of options. experiementing with eggs maybe the cholestorol will help but if not ive truly run out of options

all is left to do is not eat hardly anything when i get off work and sleep alot more and become a little falcon  about 30 pounds lighter. maybe even a 20 pound drop is all i need but i cant handle being 310

Brother Falcon? You're carrying a lot of weight these days. Maybe lose a few pounds? Your back and knees will respond nicely to less load.

Respectfully yours, doc.

I've already told you most back pain is mental and stress related. Google Dr. John Sarno and get better. You can find one of his books for $5-$10 bucks. If it really is a sever injury get a steroid shot( not anabolic )and feel better when you wake up.

You keep talking about you lower back...have you considered seeing a specialist?

Had problems myself and an xray showed a muscle spasm and loss of curvature of the lower lumbar. Physio took care of it and no longer have to put up with the pain. Could be something easily treatable for you as well...

Sound like L5 to S1 issue with a likely disk bulge. I have this issue too and it has improved by increasing core strength. You can find a plethora core strength exercises on line.  Weight loss will also help however once you have a disk issue you need to keep that core strong.

Quite the specific diagnosis here based on his very vague symptoms. LOL! You even narrowed it down to 2 segments  :o

Regular deadlifts in good form will keep your back in good working order.
I take a few weeks off from deads and work cripples me.
