LOL - I've never heard it used but then I guess I don't hang around with crackers
seriously though Rangel is an example of everything that wrong with Congress.
This guy is corrupt (proven fact), been there forever (a perfect example of why we need term limits) and 83 years old (how about retiring before the tax payers have to pay for you Depends)

Here's the actual quote. Not quit a damning as the headline suggests though still pretty stupid comment but then he's 83 years old. Old farts tend to say whatever the hell they want. Come to think of it young farts on this board do the same thing too
