my back is getting better doing those side leg lifts while in bed really realeves stress off the lower back. NO BODYBUILDER DOES A SIDE LEG LIFT this is probably why people get back problems, of course being over weight is like walking with weights on you all day doesnt help the back since the back doesnt get stronger. you cant brutalize your lower back like your biceps or chest.
so doing that and hardcore dieting should do the trick to be lean and painfree
my diet is this
1 small bowl of cereal half cup milk with great grains and grapenuts mixed together so thats half cup of cereal grains
1 peach
1 can/bowl of pinto beans and few table spoons of rice
optional another can of lima beans at night
every third day add in some peanutbutter around 4-5 tablespoons to fire up the metabolism
i drink lots of water especially with condensed lemon juice in it.

of eating a shitload of food and never taking short breaks wich made me fat

Good move, I think a bit low on cals for you long term difficult to sustain at your size especially after eating quite a bit more than this for awhile but give it a try maybe add some fruit in low cal and help with energy. Initially you will be ok but as time goes by energy maybe lacking. We got to get the Falcon back to soaring high.

ive found that the little amount of milk is key in the morning
any expert in hindu wisdom will tell you this
many yogis and masters focused much of there live revolving around perfect diets actually
i was lucky enough to meet one , he said always have a little milk or yogurt every morning
by doing this i can relax and doze off when tired and wake up refreshed without having to constantly eat-this is key
