On average, how much do you spend in a year on bodybuilding related supplements, other than food?
This includes, but not limited to; vitamins, pre/post workout, protein powders, Creatine, Cell Tech ::) , N.O. Products, etc?
(And yes, for those who currently are on a cycle, you can factor this in, as it likely would be the highest cost out of the group)
-
vitamins = 200 bucks. I always buy stuff at 50% off on overstock. The rest is all food. I'm stunned by how much some guys spend on supplements at GNC. They might as well go on gear and save a few bucks.

$500 - 750. Mostly on the low end of that. This includes supplements, items for the home gym, and the occasional fitness book.

hmm... preworkout $30x12, body fortress whey $16x52, multi-minerals maybe $15.
sooo... 1207, without tax.
gear? that pays for itself. lol.... if I was on the other side of the fence, lets see...
52 bottles of test, est 1820 (at 35)
13 bottles of tren 910 (at 70)
13 bottles of npp 650 (at 50)
maybe 500 drol 350
maybe 500 dbol 350
72 igf1lr3 3000
72 igf1 des 3000 (est price at 50 ea)
so about 10k at 'friend' prices.

Why no GH since you're dealing so much?

Why no GH since you're dealing so much?
don't have a trusted supplier. I deal face to face a lot, if the gh is bunk, they're pissed and I run the risk of losing that customer, not to mention I eat the cost of the bunk gh.
i'm in an area with a lot of legit pharma gh sources, so if a customer wants it (which is rare), I just point them in the right direction.
why don't I use? because I don't wanna drop 400 on a serostim or norditropin every couple weeks. I do ok, but that doesn't mean i'm reckless with spending. in a few months I may bite the bullet and run some Chinese gh.. probably 10iu, 15-20 if the price is right.
-
Couple of gs a year I guess, more on whey , sups and pre workouts than on aas. Insurance covers my hrt and ancillaries , t3 , comp th at 400 a year, Chinese Oral's basically free at the price for the powder, Chinese hgh a grand a year?

Stupid thread.

Im an old bastard, I like some of the natty test boosters.
So around 40 bucks a month maybe..
-
I may buy a bottle of vitamins(that I never end up using), but I don't even use supplemental protein anymore. I'm not a serious lifter now, but I haven't bought a supplement in years.
-
£0.
Bought some Glutamine last year but nothing this year.
-
I constructed a 'high bar' in my garden, and affixed a dip/ad station onto one of my outer walls. This along with a sturdy bench, bar, adjustable DB's and an EZ bar is my new gym!
So the overall yearly costs is now just around £5000 for gear, man bags, and teeth whitening.
