What do you put in your pre-post workout shake?
Mine's:
2 ice cubes
2 scoops of 100% whey
BCAA powder (sometimes capsules)
40g raw quaker's oatmeal
1 sliced banana

-
1 musclemilk.
-
Post workout, chocolate milk, and then a meal.
-
a few scoops of protein powder and a few scoops of powdered Gatorade
-
Met-rx Whey and water 47gms protein.
Have it with milk normally but dieting at the moment.
-
2 scoops of Beverly UMP Vanilla
2 tablespoons of almond butter (sometimes I weigh this and other times not)
sometimes I skip the almond butter and eat about 10 macadamia nuts
1 pack of Cocovia (lots of emerging info on benefits of cocoa flavanols )

If I'm doing this pre-workout then I swap the almond butter for 15 grams (by weight) of Superstarch by UCAN and then do another 15 grams mixed with Platinum HydroWhey during the workout. I don't bother with post workout shake and just have a meal about an hour after leaving the gym.
