Plus, if you can't put on six lbs in 2 years without doing crazy shit, something is wrong. I haven't researched intermittent fasting enough to know how I feel about it, but I know that as a dude who lifts and has ANY minimal amount of test in his body, that dude shouldn't need special eating patterns to put on FOUR FUCKING OUNCES a month

Advertisements and the photos they use always crack me up. Always illusions, lies, smoke and mirrors hoping to get that naive and vulnerable little twink that has some cash to burn.

That smoke and mirror philosophy and advertising method is exactly what the supplement industry has been revolving around now for a few years.

Look at a magazine from years ago, and count how many products advertised are still being sold. . .
