I just accepted a job with better pay and 3 miles from where I live compared to the job I have now which is less pay and 30 miles away, but better hours and easy as shit. The new job the hours and days are 6 am-4:30 pm Mon-Thurs.

So was wondering how I will manage to train if I do take the new job. How many hrs of sleep are you guys getting?

I go before I work... After I would most likely find an excuse to not.

Yep and it ain't easy and doesn't always pan out.  As an example I sometimes train in the mornings at 430AM before work or after work by 6PM.  Planned to train after work yesterday as normal, but ended up working 13 hours at office and another 4 at home.  I had no expectation of an super long day, but it happens and I didn't get to the gym.

BB is best done in your early 20s before real life starts....before kids, before real jobs, before real responsibilties....when you're still naive and believe "I'll never give this up, life won't change me....I'll always look like I do now at 24!!"

The days your tired lighten the weight and go for the pump. Riding the bike for 15-20 min 1st with some good tunes wakes me up and gets me ready to go. The more of these you gut out the better you'll look. What are you made of sugar and spice or a glass of nails? ;D
