Man shot, killed in Crossfit workout class, Winter Garden police say

A man was shot and killed during a Monday night Crossfit class, as the rest of the workout group looked on in horror.

Winter Garden Police Department officers said a shooter walked into the Mosaic Crossfit Class and opened fire on the victim.

The victim, who was not immediately identified, was pronounced dead at the scene. Officers said at least six people were part of the workout class and saw the shooting.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office detectives are assisting in the investigation. No other information was immediately available.

It was just a misunderstanding. It was actually part of the WOD, because as we all know, Crossfit prepares you for the surprises in life. SURPRISE!!

In all seriousness, that's horrible. I knew a victim that was the mother of the Seal Beach massacre that was a client. The pain will never leave our community.

I had a friend that one day decided to skip her aerobics class (Something usually very rare for her)... well that day, someone came and shot up a whole bunch of people in that Aerobics class.

    A client of mine lives 4 houses from the salon. She was hearing the shooting from her kitchen window  :-\
