Be warned. This is a long post.
The story goes that Hayden was being molested by her father from a very young age. At first, the mother was said to have ignored it.
After a time, it was said that Hayden's mother began having sexual relations with her. So the father and the mother were both molesting her. Sometimes it was one on one, and other times it was a threesome.

Stories told about this type of thing refer to the understanding that a child actor doesn't really get the part because they're the best actor/really talented/a natural. Nope. It is because those around them are willing to do what is necessary to get them in the door and then get them the part/role. You don't play, you don't get.
As far as specifics, she is said to be into rough sex, toys, BDSM, humiliation and girls. Apparently, she likes to play both roles - Master and submissive.
When she was on Heroes, the network tried to fake a relationship with her and Zachary Quinto (Sylar and Spock from the Star Trek reboot). Everyone knew it was a joke because Quinto was already a known homosexual within the industry. He just hadn't come out yet. But there was already concern that she was wild and out of control. Like when Mike Tyson would grope a girl, punch a parking lot attendant, etc., the team of Jim Jacobs and Bill Cayton would cover it up and move along. Later, she began dating Russian boxer Wladimir Klitschko. When people saw the couple together, some would joke "How does she handle him?" After all, Hayden is 5'2" and maybe 100lbs. and Wladimir Klitschko is 6'6" and 240lbs. But people who knew about her would laugh and say things like, "Don't worry, that's what she likes."
After a time, she and Klitschko broke up. Supposedly, he told friends that he really cared about her, but that she was sick. They are now back together and said to be engaged.
Another part to the story is that there is a big time madam in Los Angeles that is some huge fundraiser for the Democratic party. She is said to be some big philanthropist, but the truth is that she is a major player in the sex trade business.
The story goes that this woman befriended Hayden. Stories out there say that this woman pimped Hayden out to very rich guys in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The details were along the lines that these guys would pay in the neighborhood of one million dollars to sleep with her. The woman would tell her that Hollywood is fickle, and that while she was young and beautiful, it might not be a bad idea to do this and be able to put a large amount of money away. Of course, this woman would get a cut. Again, if I remember correctly, it is this woman who introduced her to BDSM. There was a famous picture of her and Hayden on a boat wearing thong bikinis. You could see the massive bruising on this woman's butt. I don't remember if Hayden had any bruising.
The last part of the story is that there was this anonymous poster putting up gossip on some website some time ago. The rumor that gained a lot of weight was that this person was in fact, actor Robert Downey Jr. It seems that this poster mentioned an incident that is well known in Hollywood. The story is that actor Kirk Douglas raped actress Natalie Wood when she was about 15. The details were that Wood's mother told her not to say anything because Douglas was a huge star at the time. Her mother felt her kid's career would be ruined if she publically stated that she had been raped by Douglas.
If memory serves, this poster mentioned vaguely that he knew this because he had done a movie with Wood's daughter, actress Natasha Gregson-Wagner. I guess people took that, and some other clues I am forgetting, and deduced that it was indeed Robert Downey Jr. posting. See, he had done a movie with Gregson-Wagner and actress Heather Graham some years before. It was about some guy juggling two women.
Quickly, Robert Downey Jr.'s people denied it was him. I think the mysterious poster disappeared around the same time as the denials appeared. Well, I recall that this poster began to give details about the whole thing concerning Hayden's life. Who he was and what he knew is anyone's guess. I only consider maybe 5 of those movies kids movies, but that's neither here nor there.
I don't think Spielberg is any kind of sicko, but you never know what people do behind closed doors.
