He would be second behind Ronnie, he is bigger then flex and more conditioned. Only person who beats him is Ronnie, flex looks soft as hell from the waist down and his arms look like nothing ever seen, which is not a good thing.

Yep. He would be bigger, dryer and freakier than everyone  but big Ron.

It is Ronnie and then everyone else. Phil and Flex battling for second but I think Phil wins. However, Phil would be Ronnie's chicken nugget snack  ;D

Phil would out condition Flex, but Flex has the better shape, so it would be a toss up...shape vs conditioning.
