Sources connected with the attempted rescue tell TMZ ... when emergency responders arrived at the rehab facility, they found needle marks on both of Lisa's arms.

Supposedly a really bad drunk.

Got kicked off the show for it.

They replaced her with a new girl for a bit.

Eventually, she came back. Later, she relapsed and was off the show again.

Coincidently, Tanya Roberts was tossed off the show for her alcoholism as well. They wrote her off the show by saying that she left Bob and moved away.


As for Lisa, she was sent to the emergency room three times this year with acute alcohol poisoning.

One time it was .34 :o

As we all know, the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle is .08

Sadly, she was in rehab when she died.

They're saying that it looks like her heart just gave out and she died in her sleep Wednesday night.

She was in her late 20's when she started the show. It started in 1998.
