Did he actually buy it from pharmacies, or just from dealers that were smart enough to use copies of pharmaceutical labels? This comes down to sources - Some are real, Some are real fakes, and some are fake fakes. Pharmacies in tourist areas or that become popular will sometimes salt their dealings with fake products sometimes. It just comes down to looking at results and having faith.
