Title: Im not sure what the big deal is about Truffles, growing mushrooms for vitamin-d

i found one of these truffles gowing in durham like a dark round ball, if you hit it with the mower dust flies everywhere

now i took a small bite of it its like eating coco powder, no taste but identical to coco powder

i wonder if i eat the whole thing would that be a good idea or no

also ive read about people growing mushrooms and them having a super high amounts of vitamin d

and since vitamin d is super safe , would i get superior energy from superimposing light on the mushrooms that i have not tried to grow yet?

the cost of these things is crazy as well it must be some sort of crazy vitamin d effect i shall obtain

As a late night snack, i usually eat some toasts with beluga caviar sprinkled with some truffles, downing them with some Dom Perignon.

i decided to eat this truffle that i found infront of an afro american house but it had no taste really i wasnt sure if it gave me a buzz either

There are also mushrooms that can make you swell and grow!

Be careful which mushroom you consume.

A good source of potassium. The afro american forgot to sprinkle cannibus on the shroom before leaving.

im pretty sure it was a truffle

it looks like a ball or mound of dirt about the size of a baseball

if you kick it dust flies everywhere

but this time i took it home and just took a bite of it i feel fine but i dont feel it benefitted me
