Title: Q for Coach, etc.
Post by: meathead23 on August 17, 2013, 08:27:27 PM
Just wanting to know about cardio for fat loss / muscle retention..is there a certain no. Of calories you aim to burn during cardio session? Furthermore, if you're aiming to lose as much fat as possible (whilst maintaining muscle) as quickly as possible, diet on point, what non-high intensity cardio strategy would you implement? High intensity cardio cannot be done due to heart condition.. Thanks in advance.

Oi, buddy. Why you calling Joe a short fat midget? What are you trying to insinuate?

I get heart palpitations quite often; usually triggered by strenuous activity.
