They keep sending me e-mails though. It is sad. Just man up and meet me in person. We can settle every thing face to face.

You can do them all day may help a bit but if you don't have the peak in the genes then just marginal.

Don't forget to visualize the peaks. Concentrate on using that particular section of the biceps.

Many times, he was trying to sell magazines. If you dont have a peaked bicep do c curls all day it won't help but maybe marginal.

"Concentrate" on learning about what makes muscle grow. That's your best bet.

You don't think Larry Scott did concentration curls?

You think they only worked for ONE of Arnold's arms?

LMAO ~

Genetics. Either you have it or you don't. It's not any one particular exercise.

After all: a curl is a curl, contraction is contraction. No need to search for that 'magic bullet'.

Exactly some exercises that revolve around peak contraction help but primary genes. People ask how I got my bicep peak, I say from my dad.

arnold used to visualise his biceps as mountain peaks

this can lead us to deduce that he was a fucking retard even back then.

I used to fucking hate the shit bb mag articles you used to get back in the day

'turn your calves into cows'

that doesn't even make sense

'grow an inch on your arms in 24 hours'

ok so if I do this 12 times a year i WILL gain 12 inches on my arms........

all hype all bollocks

The visualization was a part of that generation, that time period of the early and mid 70's. Wehter you were an athlete, musician, actor hippie, artist, junkie, recreational drug user...whatever. That was kind of a 70's "thing" if you will.

Oh and yeah, sure, Arnold's a retard. Too bad he didn't have a stud like you to give him good advices. ::) ::)

Exactly ! I always use Arnold as the perfect example ...he used to brag about "peak exercises" and "mental visualization"  yet his left biceps was completely different from his right one ,Under same mind, same exercises......

So why are the different?  genetics  brotha

Which hand you use for masturbation? Next time count reps x sets from your childhood up to present time. WoooSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH x few hundred million times = lot of work for that hand only. No genetics, just wanking.

Yeah, just like everyone knows how Vince Gironda spent nearly one straight year on uni-lateral training.

And what did he learn?

Every one has that difference with some degree, because there is just about always the dominant hand. Only few people uses both hands equally. Dominant hand do more in your lifetime, and many jobs put stress in to it. That's why it is thicker than other hand, while weaker hand takes input from training more easily. If example about wanking make you blush, think about the carpenter. How many times you have to hit with the hammer before your bicep get tired? That is an exercise, hammer curl, but you don't see it that way while working. Or while wanking. The reason is simple as that.   ;D :o ;D

Sergio had such full bicep he could not contract them in a double bicep pose, forearms hit the biceps before full contraction. Probably the most genetically gifted person to this date.

Don't forget the fact that the Antagonist (Triceps) also inhibited a full biceps contraction. I mean, look at the size of his Tri's proportionately to his Bi's.

Trust me when I say, most of your Antagonist groups can inhibit the full contraction of the Agonist. This is why I usually throw one quick set in for the opposite side before I hit my muscles of focus.

Back before Chest, Tris before Bis, vice versa... Hams before Quads... you get the picture.
