since into my 3rd week of low carbing i know fats are superior. my fats are mainly from various nuts and those tofurky soy hot dogs, i also eat plenty of beans of course for fiber
its weird though i know fruits are healthy as fuck but all i did was get fat from them , sure i ate alot but i thought fruits were negative calories and "natural" hence they wouldnt cause weight gain
im still eating as much as i want, im just dieting in the sense of avoiding sugary sodas, avoiding fruits and fruit juices most of the time, and breads, pastas
im like 285-287
before i was like 310-315 eating anything and everything
i i wonder if im getting more vitamins in my blood, bone, and muscle from the lower carb diet

Lower carb diet wont cause you to have more vitamins anywhere. If you want vitamins in your blood, bone, muscle etc take a quality multi everyday and eat good food preferably without any soy. Soy is gmo estrogen promoting garbage bullshit. Fruit is ok but high in sugar its not that great tbh in terms of health. Vegetables would be better. Also take some calcium supplements and hit your bones to damage them it will cause a calcium build up at point of contact and you can use your wolverine strength bones to fuck up them hood niggies.
I just take a multi and herbs and eat the rest in food.

This^^^There are only a few "vitamins" that can be taken thru pill form. 95% of them are complete snake oil...Calcium supps are snake oil.

The basic vitamins taking in low dose pill form can help ie Vit A, B complex, C and E can be beneficial mega dosing is bullshit.

Do you take flaxseed oil Johnny? I swear by the stuff but don't take too much as its high in fibre as I found out this week when I doubled my dose. It gave me cramps in the tummy. I cut back to my usual dosage and am fine now.

This is true. Selenium taken 800 mcg a day will speed up.your metabolism through thyroid mechanisms cause more t3 product etc, used by some to lose weight...200-400 mcg a day for those who want to never get cancer its an extremely powerful antioxidant. Positive influence on diabetes as well.
To all of you bozo wannabe vitamin experts, where did you hear/read that all vitamins are pissed out? Government sponsored websites proxy medical corps ::)
All anyone needs is a multivitamin then you will be set on that but as far as herbs go its limitless as to how much they can improve current condition and overall health..minerals also these are very important doctors believe all this is so unimportant but hold prescription drugs in high regard lol
