optimal would be 4 cans of beans at once that =more nutrition=more protien
but i think it would take a few months eating 3 cans of beans to adapt to 4 cans of beans
i dont see any point cooking multiple times in a day thats wasteful unless you like standing around cooking
latley ive been doing 2 cans of beans at once but going to progress to 3 at once
i really enjoy northern beans aka navy beans

2 cans a day is fine with some cheese mixed in completes all the Amino Acids as required. Then 4chan good to go.

now i can relate, back in the days eating meat and protien shakes, farts were a problem
but now i dont really get overly gassy from beans, it could be from my lack of grains, carbs and fruitjuices
pyramid shits are a sign of transcendence, a releif of this life when the ancient egyptians would go there to die or go onto the next life and be immortal. it is what is left behined by them or when we "take a shit" when actuality we are "leaving a shit behined"

Which beans ?, protein percentage could be from 6g - 23g per 100g & cans size ?.
Some can brands a just overcook, too soft !.
For example, Lima beans skin is too tick,then colours/variety/taste !.
High protein lentils & beans make good combination.

I eat at least 3 cans for one meal, about one pound dry.
It stimulates the digestive process, rather than eating it several times per day, it's not going to be as effective.
