Like a 700 ln deadlift and a 500 lb bench, need lots of stimulant to break good numbers.

So after the redbull that woud be like 480 to 500 mg's of caffiene in one sitting? Seems like alot to me.

you will be fine, but the dose is not the same for everyone, some get get real fucked off of 500mg, depend if you are used to it or not. If you drink coffee 3 times a day for years, 500 would be nothing. Tolerance varies.,

This is how I smash my records in the gym. I did 515lb raw on the bench.
ate 30 chicken wings
2 liters of coke within 2 hours of the gym.
took 800 mg of pills, the 200 came from the 2 liters of pop.
then 20 ephedrine, only the 8 mg ones.
My previous best was 475 and I was only going for 5 plates but it went up so easy I put another 10lb on each side.
The rest of the day was living hell but hey got to do what you got to do. lol ;D

The LD50 on it is around 200mg/kilo of bodyweight, so you'll be fine, you'd need to be taking near a bottle of average caffeine tabs a day to get close to that.
Most athletic studies find that a dose between 3 - 5mg/kilo of bodyweight will give a good boost to sporting performance.

If these doses are true, there are a lot of insane people here. These are heart attack/stroke doses. Also some serious adrenal gland stress/damage.
I thought my taking 1/2 a caf tab before morning cardio was a lot. ::)

I see your point but doctors (medical brotherhood) do their best to scare the shit out of people who take anything but prescription drugs. Conflict of interests in short.
Caffeine has been used and abused and people are not dying left and right. However, people die everyday from heart attacks and strokes caused by the "approved" drugs doctors give you.
Also, the adrenals are a resilient and untiring gland they will not be damaged as long as you supplement with vitamins and have a healthy diet. Who told you they would be damaged?

I have done 2000mgs and that was to ride my bike to school because I overslept. ::)

I totally agree, prescription drugs are toxic as hell. I hate doctors and the AMA... all propaganda.
Overuse of stimulants will stress and can damage your adrenal glands... please google it.

caffiene is a very addictive drug. Caffiene withdrawls can be a bitch. I was at a point where I would wake up and have coffee every morning, a couple of cups at least. I would head to the gm and take whatever pre workout drink of the day (1mr, no xplode, no shotgun, super pump, endo rush pick your poison) they were all fairly good for energy and getting through a workout. Then I would head to work (the mid night shift ) and to make it through the night I'd have a monster or a rock star energy drink sometimes 2. Throughout my day I was having close to 500 to 700 mg of caffiene everyday.
I did that for years. Overtime, caffiene wasn't so much of an energy booster as it was just a maintance to stay normal, without it I would crash hard, with it I was just getting by. Eventually I felt nothing at all. So much so that I could pound a rockstar and fall asleep a few minutes later. I said fuck it and just quit cold turkey.
I limit myself to a couple of cups of coffee per day and thats it. I don't use shit to workout. Just go and do it as hard as I can. Honestly I feel much better.

Good to hear you don't rely on all that anymore. Caffeine used moderately and timed correctly is pretty damn nice, I like to use it as a preworkout. A single 200 mg tab.
They're also nice to have lying around if I'm tired as shit or went to bed late and need to get moving quick.

I took a tablespoon of anhydrous caffeine powder one time about ten years ago. I meant to take creatine but grabbed the wrong jug. Felt pretty lightheaded the rest of the day but didn't even realize what I did until I did the same thing the next morning but realized what I had done before drinking it...then I figured out why I was at 90% of max hr for about 7 hours the day before.

I break up chunks. Like, 1/4 of a caffeine pill (50 mg) is plenty for a workout for me. I'm a lightweight.

"adrenal fatigue" is an overblown myth...virtually zero bio markers to test for "adrenal fatigue."
(I hate even using that phrase.)
