it can be called psioriasis, some call it aging, some call it simply redness of the skin and dont really have a causation for it, i call it heme-iron poisoning
on the pic on the right above his left eye you see a patch of redness, (http://wac.450f.edgecastcdn.net/80450F/screencrush.com/files/2012/10/nightmare-on-elm-street-freddie-robert-euglund.jpg?w=630&h=420&zc=1&s=0&a=t&q=89)
i noticed this on my arm around 2007 and it would keep flaring up, it wouldnt go away , i tryed to clean it off but i couldnt so i stopped eating meat and never got it again
ive got a bad scar from it from using various chemicals to destroy it since i thought it was topical and not coming from my insides or blood.
im sure alot of you in your 30's and 40's have atleast one small area like this but have accepted it
youve got to realize that the consistency and make up of your blood is very important, when you were a baby growing fast you didnt have tons of artificial heme-iron flowing through your veins from eating meat. most of you have heme-iron poisoning in your blood
my skin is 98% clear. i get the occasional acne in small amounts from the elements but not that alarming looking heme-iron poisoning
well you dont have to accept it just get off the meat

Red meat is highly acidic, that's probably why.
I used apple cider vinegar after meals to help make my body more alkaline and cancel out the acidity of some foods.
-
I know a vegetarian with psoriasis. It's not too uncommon to see in Canada....I think the cold weather aggravates it.
-
So, you're suggesting that what meat you did eat, pushed your iron so high that it became toxic? I get regular blood work done, eat my fair share of meats daily (on a low day 16oz cooked), and have only seen my blood levels rise when I was taking with supplement with extra iron in it.
-
we re not meant to eat big amounts of meat, just a little each week. Doesnt mean we shouldnt eat any either. It s really no more complicated than that. Again stop trying to reinvent everything falcon.

If your crackpot theory was right, I still would not want to look like the average vegan. They usually have that thin-fat look. No muscle, not necessarily much fat, but a distinct watery, pale, bloated look.

People in general have a very hard time accepting truth though, especially if that means having to change!
Just look at all these comments. Egos scrambling to protect it's masters subconscious mind.
You people have to notice this, and break through this, with intelligence and insight.
I have great belief in getbiggers being just right kind of persons being capable of such paradigm shifts.

rally?98% of getbiggers are brain-challenged.Rest ones are scammers, frustrated individual,multiple-personality disorders and so on. ;)

You do know that even mainstream science now conciser heme-iron to be bad, causing cancers and other health problems?

when your emotions take lead over your logic when dealing with the falcon it leads to a confused exaggerated post

I'd hoped to see 'before I stopped eating meat, I stopped posting useless crap on getbig'.

Right.. and a few more studies could be posted supporting the opposite.
Get regular blood work done. Don't overdo any thing. And I'll leave the rest to the "shit happens" category in life. You will sleep better. Crazy shit happens to healthy strong people all the time. Deal with it.

I'm just interested in the research for the sake of learning... agree with your second part though

We still got our hair Johnny, reducing meat eating to once a day now.

So you're pleased with your current non meat-eating physique?
