14 reps on standing shoulder press (with a certain weight), could have gone more but I only do with right form and just the right way to not injure.

The last thing you want to do is high rep shoulder presses. At least you are checking form, but watch out for overhead lifts.

im good for about 14 reps on standing sholder press with 135 full range down to my clavicle but only for one set that sucks for my weight wich is 285
