For upper body. Is it 8 and then on should lower the weight so that one does not do fewer reps? (except on last reps where one do maybe fewer)
Is it 8?

I cant!
Put the weights down and leave.

I don't do only one rep.
I only got 20 more reps to go now, I think I have to split it on 3 sets. So I might do more than 100. the final once are usually hardest.

fuck the last damn rep *I got stuck just before locking out... why does this almost happen always?
How do I remedy this problem?

the other day at the gym i had an epiphany about big weights and bbers etc
i realized that the difference between the chumps and the champs is
the champs never go even near their max, almost always nearly 90lbs below their max weight
why?
simple, they just go by feel "oh this feels light, add another plate each side, oh another one maybe, yeah this feels good, i'm gonna rep this one 12-15 times"
and the chumps want to kill themselves with a couple of shitty ego reps just so they can add a plate, they are looking at the plate backwards
they seem to forget they are only a means to an end and not the end in itself
strength is dictated by genetic drug response combination in bodybuilding, if not you are training like a powerlifter

1. The lowest you can do. Should you? Sometimes. Rest pause uses single near max weights. 8 is an arbitrary number. Meaningless.
