another reason i don't wanna train legs so hard is that i don't want them draining my energy levels for pec, delt, lat and arm training, truth be told (and in fact today is lat, pec and tri day Grin) but i can throw in some squats on bi and delt day

I have nothing against dj but man, I would never have legs that skinny, even if I tried. I don't give a fuck about what others train but when someone asks me for advice and says he's not gonna train legs because he "wants big upper body and small lower body to create that illusion" or come up with some other BS I just tell them to go fuck thsemelves. Other than that, who gives a fuck. It's his life, his body, if he wants to look like shit then so be it.

No offense to DJ but this is funny shit! Dj don't use the smith rack just do regular squats on the squat rack and do some hack squats and leg presses and lunges lets get those twigs built to tree trunks. The first time I saw Ronny coleman"HOLY SHIT" he had legs as thick as big trees. How old are you DJ? I don't think you are ready for AAS. That is as big as you got off 3 cycles of superdrol?

Thanks WW. I didn't know any pro's when I was competing. I did it all on my own. I never used any aas either. I am a lifetime natural. I don't believe in steroids for women.

i think dj's belief is heavy leg training and leg growth depending on one's 'skeletal structure'could be ruined by too big legs and causing wide hips and taking away from his 'ideal' build .for me i think big or at least well developed legs give a build a strong complete look.in dj's case i would say on what he has gotten on top he should at least get same condition /seperation below even without trying to really grow them bigger.i prefer big legs and my 'hips'or structure has not been altered over 20 plus yrs of non stop leg training.

I've always put more work into my legs...even though I don't compete or anything like that.
I just feel stronger on days after I've really trained legs than I do after any other body part.
