With the exception of Bodybuilding contests, Runway shoots, and other blatantly obvious occasions where staring is warranted, why do men use "elevator eyes" in a prolonged manner towards women?
Only Beta Males exhibit this behaviour.
Alpha males would approach and swoon the woman.
Or as Anabolichalo states, "wear a small/medium shirt to show of the bulging biceps and make the female come to them"
