what are you talking about?

a) I doubt you are Pat Neve. If you are, please tell me about what you have done for a living and where.
b) Many supplements don't work, a few do and are worth it in order to maximize your progress.

Many supps ARE worthless. These usually have a shiny label and go by the name SUPER ROID-REPLACEMENT MEGA-LEAN-RIP or DYNABOL(wow! that sounds like dianabol! must be great!) ::) But many real supplements like protein, vitamins, minerals, and even creatine are indespensible.

Pat Neve would never post here. Even so he would have a better response than the mess you wrote.
As far as old school is concerned, supplements have been around since "The Old School" so what the hell are you talking about anyway???

Well actually back in older days the only real thing we took were liver tabs. And allot of them. I started taking B-12 and always took multi-vitamins. I wasn't to mch into protein powder. I did allot of eggs and beef back then. I spent a year eating tuna, lettuce and drinking water thanks to Tony Pearson and gang. I think they were jst seeing if I could do it.
