training the biceps, brachialis, triceps and forearms very hard
to get big girls getting arms
-
Yah have a chest/back day and arms day so arms get hit Twice as freqUently
-
Train them every day!
-
You should just do the brachialis muscle on its own day, very important muscle.
-

I wonder if frequent site injections take away from the striated look on something like triceps/delts...

I'm sure that heavy scar tissue build up could cause a distortion of the striations. But scar tissue is easy to manage. Guys are just lazy and don't address it.

how do you Train /integrate this? i rely on twisting off the wrist and exercises with a neutral grip. This is a very important muscle for arm size and of course big triceps. Good post Chiro.

Not deep tissue. You'll want a more specific approach to target scar tissue buildup, something that incorporates tools. DTM is great, but not for scar tissue. Graston technique seems to be the best in my opinion.

I get this done weekly. It's AWESOME stuff, if you can tolerate the pain. It's excruciatingly painful the first few sessions where you are breaking down the majority of the scar tissue and returning blood supply to the tissue. Youll bruise really bad The first few times. After 3-4 treatments, it becomes less painful and begins to feel great, like a DTM would feel, and you'll rarely bruise again unless your doc finds a new area of scar tissue build up.
Most guys in the gym, especially ones who have been lifting for years, would benefit tremendously from this. There's tissue surrounding and inside of your muscle bellies that is NOT receiving proper blood supply due to scar tissue. I make sure to get my delts done weekly as well since that's my preferred site for my Vitamin B-12 shots. You can do a bastardized method by using a butter knife and some lotion, and going to town on your skin, but obviously nothing is gonna beat a trained doctor who has seen thousands of patients.
If anyone is interested, I would call around to your local chiropractors and ask them if the use Graston Technique. It's a very popular modality and they'll most likely be able to refer you quickly to a DC who practices it.

Interesting CF but that youtube video you posted is about porn. ;D
-
No, unless injured its not optimal and a waste of a gym session. Not demanding enough to build any real muscle, no compounds.

Close grip bench press, dips, heavy barbell curls..... not demanding?
-
I get better results with arms only days.
-
Believe that they exist? Well, yes.
Believe they are beneficial? Well, depends on what that person is taking, and how quickly they recover.

lol I was confused with the porn video too.
Dude, that looks really cool. I'll see if my wife will do that tonight. Her mom does gua sha or gao yaw which means in Vietnamese to "scratch wind". They use eagle brand medicated oil and a coin to scrape the back. I'm sick right now so I want to get this done anyway, but I might also do it for all the kinks in my neck and back. Chinese people do it with a blunt soup spoon. I wrote it off as an old Asian wive's tail but any time I have it done I swear it helps.
Thanks for the awesome vid. Really feeling like shit right now so I can't wait till the wifey gets home so I can get her to do my back like this lol ;D

surprised these guys didnt try rubbing their dicks on him! :-\
