Problem is they do look small in that video. Like no delts or traps.

It is honestly funny, but they never even come across with a real point.

both, pretty much.  of all the fitness youtubers, the hodge twins are the only ones i've yet to be disappointed with.  i only occasionally click their videos, and every time, i think to myself "this time there's no way they'll get past this video without saying something moronic as hell", but they never do.  they manage to avoid the pitfalls of the average bodybuilder/"guru" in two simple steps:

1.  don't pretend like they you have all the answers/make ridiculous extrapolations based on your limited experiences
2.  don't make up absurd lies like some kind of lesbian megalomaniac

I like CT and Greg Plitt, but the Hodge Twins are like you said...it's just that their cursing, it 's like they do it to provoke, where CT does it, it's like poetry (that's mutha-effing poetry).

Your results depend of your genetics, nutrition, lifestyle, know ledges, training, family, and drugs.

Woa, amazing discovery.

The only useful advice in their tirade is that after spending a while in the little world of physical conditioning/ bodybuilding/weightlifting/ fitness whatever world, you understand more and more about it. Another pure intellectual gem nobody would have thought about right?

These clowns are just flattering their egos, just like 99.9% of other clowns in the "industry".
